As a Technical Support Associate, you will provide exceptional support to customers using Gong products, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to resource creation to enhance customer and team success.ResponsibilitiesDeliver an outstanding support experience via email, web, and phone for customers using Gong products while meeting key performance goalsLearn the ins and outs of Gong products and build expertise with common integrations (such as telephony systems, web conferencing tools, Salesforce, and APIs)Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, help identify potential bugs, test solutions, and communicate updates clearly to stakeholdersThis is a small team!
