As the voice of our company, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through written and verbal communication. Program Details:
Program duration: January 13th, 2025 - April 15th, 2025
Preference given to candidates who can commit to working all 14 weeks of the program
Operating hours: 8am - midnight EST, Monday - Sunday
Required minimum hours: 30 hours per week
Peak period: April 9th - 15th, with increased hours and bonus opportunities
Requirements:
High school graduate
Basic knowledge of tax laws and concepts (preferred)
Experience in a call center environment (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle change
Strong technical skills, including intermediate knowledge of operating systems and software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Technical Requirements:
Windows computer (Mac and Chromebooks not permitted)
Windows 10 or 11
AMD or Intel Core Series (I3-I9)
At least 8gb of RAM
Webcam
Wired mouse
USB headset
Wired internet connection
