Key Responsibilities:

Develop tailored deployment strategies to meet each client's unique needs
Proactively address client challenges and prevent churn
Drive end-to-end account growth and identify upsell opportunities
Analyze campaign performance and uncover insights for future strategies
Act as a trusted advisor, showcasing the value of the platform to clients
Translate client feedback into actionable insights for internal teams
Manage client invoicing and reporting with attention to detail
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in client service management within an influencer agency
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude and ability to maintain client relationships during challenging times
College degree or equivalent educational background
Proactive approach and forward-thinking mindset
