Key Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. • Provide accurate information regarding PepsiCo products, services, and promotions. • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests with empathy and efficiency. • Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies. • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system. • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up. • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on company offerings. • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols. Required Skills • Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service role. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Proficiency with computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. • Residency in Yukon, Canada, with a stable high-speed internet connection. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with remote work environments and virtual collaboration tools. • Bilingualism (English and French) is considered a strong asset. • Previous experience in the food and beverage or consumer packaged goods industry. • Post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Communications).
