Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic IT knowledge and strong keyboarding skills
Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology
Customer-facing experience (phone, chat, in-person, etc.)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
