We are seeking a fluent-English, law graduate or non-law person with intake or sales experience in your home country to conduct consultations and convert qualified inbound leads into retainer clients for our USA immigration legal services (family-based, waivers, business, E2,O-1,EB-1/NIW, humanitarian cases).
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct Zoom/phone consultations with inbound leads
• Identify client needs and present solutions
• Follow Up calls and meetings
• Sell case evaluation sessions with a U.S. attorney
• Do follow up calls to close retainers ranging US$3,000–$12,000+
• Maintain CRM for lead tracking and follow-ups
Compensation & Incentives
• High commissions: Top closers earn $2,000 USD or more per month
• Performance bonuses
• Uncapped earnings
• All leads provided (no cold calling)
Requirements
• 1+ years high-ticket closing experience
• Experience selling to U.S. clients via phone or Zoom
• Strong remote work discipline, CRM familiarity
• Must be based in LATAM and work EST/ hours
