What You'll Be Doing:
Answer incoming communications from customers and provide timely resolutions to their issues
Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to our customers
Consult on products and services with compassion and empathy, ensuring our customers receive the best possible support
What You Bring to the Role:
6 months or more of customer service experience, with a passion for helping others and delivering exceptional support
Residency in Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee, with a reliable high-speed internet connection (> 40mbps)
High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in computer skills and product knowledge
