The highly motivated candidate will support all activities involved with the procurement and purchasing of supplies, hardware and materials through GSA's supply schedule using Multiple Award Schedule (MAS). The ideal candidate should be capable of working well amongst a diverse team to develop processes and procedures to document the procedures for from procurement to delivery. ResponsibilitiesDevelop a Standard Operating Procedure for procuring supplies and hardware purchases utilizing GSA's supply schedule on MASResponsible for tracking, organizing and placing orders on GSA's MAS Responsible for defining order requirements, including evaluation criteria Prepare requirements documents for solicitations against Schedule contracts including Statement of Work (SOW) or Performance work Statement (PWS) for tasks orders and product listing and other necessary information for delivery orders Properly manage funds in accordance with agency rules and regulations Evaluate quotes in accordance with the defined evaluation criteria Coordinating directly with the Contract Program Manager and CO prior to purchase of orders Develop a tracking tool to track all procurements and costs to include submitted invoices to the client Communicate with the Contract Program Manager on a daily/weekly basis on that status of all orders Required QualificationsSecret security clearance; #qinetiqclearedjobHigh School DiplomaMinimum of 5 years of recent and relevant experience with GSA supply schedule using MASPrevious experience using GTC Highly organized and able to develop documents in all media.
