Processing maintenance requests Β efficiently Β is key to our clients.
Emailed work orders from clients are scheduled with tenants and dispatched to technicians. Clients are updated on our progress until the work is completed.
In essence, this is the role of the customer service representative (CSR)
It sounds simple Β but itΒs not easy.
In addition to being proficient with various computer software, email, texting, and phone systems, our CSRs must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
They can multi-task and stay professional when tenants are not.
Most of all, they are reliable, dependable, and mature. In short, they take ownership.
This will initially be a part-time position with working hours from 9 AM to 3 PM M/F (CST).
