Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Florida-based Civil Litigation/Estate Planning Attorney. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 5+ hours per week. Attorney Requirements: - Licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida - Minimum of 5 years' experience in Civil Litigation and Estate Planning - Drafting support (correspondence, pleadings) - Discovery support - General organization and support - Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines - Self-starter and able to work independently Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.
