Our team of experts is dedicated to driving business growth through data analytics, business intelligence, and artificial intelligence. **Job Summary** As a Senior Data Engineer – Client Experience Association, you will play a critical role in leading the methodology and execution of incorporating new datasets that help drive investigation and information science for blithequark's Client Experience association. You will be responsible for consolidating, sorting out, and computerizing informational collections from various sources, including contact centers, e-commerce, conditional, store networks, and functional sources. Additionally, you will be responsible for sewing and relocating different client-related information sources into Google BigQuery, maintaining the data warehouse, planning and performing QA, and providing ad-hoc reporting. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and foster powerful, easy-to-use applications, reports, and dashboards using BI tools like Microstrategy and SAS (50%) * Collaborate with leaders to identify needs and build requirements. Provide solutions by building tools, reports, and predictive models. Automate reporting on an as-needed basis (25%) * Research and report best practices and standards for using our BI tools.
