[Remote] Commercial Operations Coordinator

The Commercial Operations Coordinator will manage scheduling, coordinate industry events, maintain CRM quality, and prepare materials to support the commercial team in executing their strategies effectively.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate scheduling for the commercial team: meetings with health system executives, internal syncs, and cross-functional working sessionsManage conference and event logistics end-to-end, including registration, travel coordination, booth setup, and post-event follow-upMaintain CRM data quality and pipeline hygiene, ensuring records are accurate, contacts are current, and deal stages reflect realityPrepare briefing documents, agendas, and supporting materials for prospect and partner meetingsSupport the creation and formatting of commercial materials (decks, proposals, one-pagers) as neededTrack action items from meetings and ensure follow-through across the teamIdentify process bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve how the commercial team operates day-to-daySkills1–3 years of professional experience in an operations, coordination, or administrative role, ideally at a startup or fast-paced professional environmentExceptionally organized and reliable.
