The Client Success Associate will support the Client Success team in managing client relationships and driving product adoption to ensure healthcare payor clients achieve their desired outcomes through technology solutions.ResponsibilitiesAssist in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at healthcare payor and provider organizationsSupport the onboarding process for new clients, helping to ensure they are effectively trained and equipped to use our products and servicesHelp drive the adoption and utilization of our technology solutions, providing ongoing support and guidance to clientsAssist in monitoring client performance metrics and usage data to identify opportunities for improvementAct as a point of contact for client issues and escalations, working closely with internal teams to resolve problems in a timely mannerGather and relay client feedback to product development and other teams to enhance our offeringsAssist in preparing and presenting regular reports on client status, performance, and satisfaction to internal and external stakeholdersContribute to the identification and implementation of best practices for client success, helping to develop processes and tools that enhance the client experienceCollaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departmentsEnsure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirementsDemonstrate commitment to the Company's core valuesSkills0-2 years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role in TPA spaceBasic understanding of the healthcare payor and provider landscape and technology solutionsStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiencesProactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to learn and navigate client issuesFamiliarity with healthcare technology solutions and the ability to quickly learn new tools and systemsStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teamsAbility to analyze data and metrics to support decision-making and demonstrate value to clientsBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, clinical degree or 1 - 3 years work experience in HealthcareInternships or relevant coursework in the healthcare payor, provider or technology industryBenefitsHealth insurance401kBonus opportunityMedical, dental and vision coverage with low deductible & copayLife insuranceShort and long-term disabilityPaid Parental Leave401(k) + matchEmployee Stock Purchase PlanGenerous Paid Time Off - accrued based on years of service10 paid company holidaysTuition reimbursementFlexible Spending AccountEmployee Assistance ProgramSick time benefits - for eligible employees, one hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum accrual of 40 hours per calendar year, unless the laws of the state in which the employee is located provide for more generous sick time benefits.Company OverviewClaritev is an independent and public healthcare technology, data and insights company making healthcare more transparent, fair and affordable for all.
