Let’s see what it takes What you will do: Respond and resolve customer inquiries and issues via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers Meet team KPIs Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology Securely work with customers’ sensitive information Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies What you need to succeed in this role: Excellent English and Spanish skills (C1-C2 for both spoken and written) Minimum of 1 year in customer support experience Experience in hospitality is a must Experience with Hubspot and Aircall Analytical and research skills Demonstrated ability to understand and empathize with customers’ needs and concerns.
