Responsibilities

Ā Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts
Ā Manage projects related to client services, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
Ā Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and issues
Ā Communicate effectively with clients to build strong relationships and foster trust
Ā Conduct account management activities to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Experience
Ā Proven experience in financial services or related industry
Ā Familiarity with SaaS products and services
Ā Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth
Ā Proficiency in customer relationship management tools like Salesforce
Ā Experience in project management is a plus
Ā Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
