What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

Live Chat Support & Customer Engagement


Respond promptly and professionally to arenaflex subscriber inquiries via live chat, maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service
Assist subscribers with a wide range of data entry tasks, including updating account information, modifying subscription plans, and verifying account details
Resolve billing inquiries with accuracy and patience, explaining charges, processing adjustments, and guiding subscribers through payment processes
Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming, playback errors, device compatibility, and account access problems
Navigate multiple support tools simultaneously while maintaining composure during complex customer interactions
Meet or exceed response time targets while ensuring every subscriber feels heard, valued, and satisfied


Data Management & Accuracy


Input, update, and maintain subscriber data within arenaflex's sophisticated database systems with zero tolerance for errors
Verify the accuracy of information before entry, cross-referencing multiple data sources when necessary
Process subscriber requests including profile creations, deletions, modifications, and family account adjustments
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere rigorously to data protection regulations, including GDPR and CCPA compliance
Identify and flag data inconsistencies or potential fraud, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams
Participate in data cleanup initiatives to ensure our subscriber database remains accurate and actionable


Documentation & Quality Assurance


Maintain comprehensive and detailed records of every customer interaction using our CRM and ticketing systems
Document inquiry details, resolution steps, and follow-up actions with meticulous accuracy
Conduct regular self-audits of your own data entries to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance
Participate in quality assurance reviews, learning from feedback to continuously improve performance
Contribute to knowledge base articles that help teammates handle similar issues more efficiently
Report systematic issues or recurring problems to team leads for process improvement


Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support


Work closely with customer support, technical support, and billing departments to resolve complex subscriber issues
