Remote Casino Business Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Casino Business Analyst to join our team at Carnival Corporation. As a Casino Business Analyst, you will play a key role in maximizing net revenue for our casino operations and driving business growth. This is a remote opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of tools, analytics, and reporting to maximize onboard revenue, enable better decision-making, and achieve strategic objectives. You will work closely with our IT and Global Casino Operations teams to grow and improve the quality of data available, and provide guidance on data requirements and user acceptance testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare lists of past guests for marketing campaigns based on their past onboard behavior, focusing on casino operations
Define, evaluate, and analyze success metrics for core casino campaigns, trials, and tests, and present results in a clear and concise manner
Partner with IT and Global Casino Operations to grow and improve the quality of data available, and provide guidance on data requirements and user acceptance testing
Provide leadership and guidance for contact center and customer service teams in directing positive outcomes for customer service inquiries
Review, improve, and automate existing casino campaign processes, and define, evaluate, and analyze success metrics for Premier campaigns
Contribute to the multi-year rollout of our new Casino Management System, ensuring that the new system delivers desired functionality and continuity of current system functionality
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in performance/financial analysis
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced-level skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated experience in SAS, R, SQL, or related tools/languages
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt easily to change in a dynamic environment
