Job Summary: Principal Operations Strategy – TPRM Learning Strategy We are seeking an experienced Principal Operations Strategy – TPRM Learning Strategy to join our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Operational Excellence team. As a strategic leader, you will provide tactical direction for operational activities, partnering with business partners and operations teams to ensure efficient and compliant servicing operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic and tactical direction for operational activities within the GRC Operational Excellence team, focusing on servicing the business and ensuring world-class customer experience. Partner with the GRC TPRM Product Owner and TPRM Program Owners to develop GRC system supporting documentation and training. Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management, ensuring prompt resolution and mitigation. Serve as the primary liaison between business partners and operations teams for servicing processes, collaborating on process enhancements and communicating operational implications. Develop and document sound operational processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Plan, coordinate, and execute activities supporting business partner initiatives, ensuring operations expectations for timeliness, quality, and efficiency are delivered. Monitor servicing quality levels, communicate opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with operations to improve service levels. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Social Sciences, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in Customer Service, Financial Services Operations, or a related field. In lieu of education, 8+ years of third-party risk management or learning strategy experience. Physical and Cognitive Requirements: Primarily remain in a stationary position, with no required movement about the work environment. Ability to operate office equipment, such as computers, telephones, printers, and calculators. Ability to communicate verbally and in written form. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Degree and Experience: Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, Arts, Social Sciences, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in third-party risk management. What We Offer: Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary ranging from $91,000 to $153,400, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market-competitive total compensation package.
