[Remote] Captive Finance Strategy Consultant (Junior)

The role involves providing expertise in captive operations, engaging with stakeholders, and developing business cases to enhance captive formations. Responsibilities • Bring deep, direct experience standing up and operating a captive preferably in the auto, industrial equipment, tech. / fintech sectors. • Demonstrate strong knowledge and operational experience across core captive functions including but not limited to Dealer Credit Management, Product Management, Originations, Servicing and Collections etc. • Provide subject matter expertise with captive operations, drawing on practical experience to identify key process, compliance, and performance levers. • Drive client conversations and sessions with client executives to capture business objectives, current pain points, and expectations for the captive solution. • Support build and articulate compelling, data-driven business cases for captive formation and enhancement; translate findings into actionable recommendations and client-ready deliverables. • Advise on the technology ecosystem required for captive operations, including platform selection, integration needs, and IT security. • Understand the cost structure and functional strengths of leading captive software partners; conduct cost/benefit analysis addressing core platforms and solutions. • Drive weekly status updates and weekly reporting for internal and client reviews. • Draft deliverables including feasibility reports, executive summaries, recommendations, and presentation materials for client reviews.
