Job Description:
Managing and growing a book of business across various industries, including office, property management, contracting, interior design, and facilities
Establishing new relationships, prospecting new business, and developing existing accounts through proactive sales outreach
Collaborating with sales and service partners to support client growth and their relationship with Wayfair Professional
Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless client experience
Meeting or exceeding sales metrics, including revenue and productivity goals
What You'll Do:
Maintain and grow your book of business quarter over quarter
Focus on delivering an exceptional client experience throughout their journey
Conduct site walks and product demonstrations to showcase Wayfair Professional's offerings
Engage in regular phone and email outreach to develop client relationships and drive recurrent sales
Serve as a subject matter expert on Wayfair Professional's value proposition and product capabilities
What You'll Need:
Experience managing and growing a book of business (B2B preferred)
Self-motivation, strong business acumen, and venture needs analysis skills
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in email, video conferencing, CRM, and spreadsheet software (Salesforce.com, Google Suite, Zoom/Google Meet experience a plus)
