Our live auctions feature a wide range of products, from fashion and beauty to electronics and rare collectibles, making us the go-to platform for anyone looking for a unique shopping experience. **The Role** As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be the face of blithequark, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Interacting with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude, ensuring a positive experience * Resolving all customer issues regarding payments, orders, shipments, and general questions with a high level of quality and timeliness * Becoming an expert in the blithequark product, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for our users * Working with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions * Seeking out opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience **You** We're looking for a motivated and customer-centric individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.
