This position offers flexibility, growth opportunities, and the chance to work from anywhere while making a meaningful impact. • Record and process journal entries accurately using accounting software (QuickBooks) • Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations to ensure data integrity across all ledgers • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable to maintain healthy cash flow • Conduct general ledger accounting and balance sheet reconciliation to support financial reporting • Review debits & credits, double entry bookkeeping, and general ledger reconciliation for accuracy • Proven experience with QuickBooks • Skilled in bank reconciliation, account analysis, journal entries, and account reconciliation processes • Excellent attention to detail with proficiency in 10 key typing for data entry accuracy • Ability to perform general ledger reconciliation and financial report writing efficiently • Familiarity with payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable management, and budgeting practices • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively in a remote environment Embrace this opportunity to elevate your bookkeeping career by working remotely in a vibrant environment that values precision, transparency, and professional growth.
