[Remote] Associate Consultants (Labvantage)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ProductLife Group is seeking an Associate Consultant to assist with LabVantage system configuration and support testing activities. The role involves collaborating with business users, maintaining project documentation, and applying relevant regulatory standards in daily work. Responsibilities • Assist with LabVantage system configuration under guidance from senior consultants • Support testing activities, including writing test cases, executing scripts, and documenting results • Help prepare user documentation, training materials, and job aids for client teams • Provide first-line troubleshooting and issue triage for LabVantage users • Participate in data migration activities, such as data preparation, validation, and cleanup • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and document workflows • Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and status updates • Learn and apply relevant regulatory standards (e.g., GxP, Part 11) in daily work Skills • Bachelor or higher within pharma, microbiology, chemistry, or IT • Minimum 2 years preferable 3-5 • Familiarity with pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences laboratory processes and workflows • Prior internship, co-op, or project experience in pharmaceutical/biotech IT systems • Basic understanding of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) • Experience with data entry, reporting, or system-based documentation in a regulated environment • Comfort with IT systems, troubleshooting, and user support in a lab or business setting • Exposure to GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, or other regulatory requirements in life sciences • French and Spanish a plus but not a requirement • Hands-on exposure to LabVantage LIMS configuration or testing • Experience with scripting, automation, or system integrations (e.g., Python, Java, or web services) • Knowledge of laboratory instruments and instrument integration with LIMS • Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, or data migration projects • Understanding of laboratory quality systems (QA/QC) or electronic lab notebooks (ELNs) Company Overview • ProductLife Group is a trusted partner that helps clients stay ahead of the changing R&D landscape.
