Job Title: Remote Appointment Setter Part-Time (Independent Contractor) — $240 base +uncapped commission We’re looking for virtual appointment setters to make outbound calls to homeowner leads we provide and schedule appointments for our team. This is designed as a supplemental income opportunity with large upsides for the time invested. Pay $240/wk base + $250 per sale (commission) Work Windows to Independent Contractors (tool availability) Mon-Thurs -> 4pm-8pm cst Saturday -> 10am-2pm cst (can be used as a makeup shift) You’ll complete your calling activity within this window. Typical workload: 16 hours/week (many contractors choose to do 4 hours/day, 4 days/week). 16 hours per week to unlock base ... each hour short, deducts $15. What You’ll Do • Make outbound calls to homeowner data (this is not inbound) • Follow a proven script and booking process • Confirm appointments and follow up to reduce no-shows • Accurately log call outcomes and notes in our CRM What We’re Looking For • Clear, professional phone voice • Confident speaking with homeowners • Self-motivated and consistent with follow-up • Organized and reliable • Appointment setting, call center, or sales experience is a plus What You’ll Need • Quiet workspace • Reliable internet • Laptop/desktop + headset • Comfortable making calls and managing your workflow Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $1,200.00 - $3,500.00 per month Benefits: • Work from home Application Question(s): • Do you have a quiet workspace, reliable internet, and a headset?
