They are seeking an Accounts Payable/Expense Associate to manage expense processing, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain client satisfaction through effective communication and data management.ResponsibilitiesUtilize appropriate logs and/or tracking software for all-expense processing workThoroughly assess job request and ensure appropriate completion of job tasks throughout task lifecycleCreate, process, and/or audit expense reimbursement requests by ensuring the proper documentation and approvals are submitted/receivedComplete data entry to appropriate expense processing software, as needed; may include adding accounts, vouchers, requests, general ledger numbers and/or obtaining correct documentation and/or approvalsReview requests for compliance with policies and/or procedures; escalate concerns to supervisorUse established procedures, standards, and formats to complete expense processing requests to client satisfactionDemonstrate proficiency in using equipment/technology/software and hardware necessary to perform job functionsCommunicate with team members, lead, supervisor or client on job or deadline concernsMeet contracted deadlines for service delivery to our clientsTroubleshoot basic software or hardware problemsSkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent required1ā2 years of related financial experience in a professional services organizationProficiency in MS Office and spreadsheet software applications requiredProven customer service skills to create, maintain, and enhance client relationshipsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneouslyAbility to maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials/documentsStrong attention to detail, timeāmanagement, and problemāsolving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to maintain professional composure when working with immediate deadlinesAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamAbility to work in a fastāpaced environmentCustomer service experienceAssociate Degree or advanced degree preferredExperience in legal, banking, or large corporate environments preferredPrior knowledge of financial systems such as Aderant Expert, Chrome River, Elite, Concur, or other comparable systems preferredBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision coveragePaid time offDisability insurance401(k) with company matchLife insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coveragesParental leaveAdoption assistanceTuition assistanceEmployer/partner discountsCompany OverviewRRD provides a complete portfolio of marketing, packaging, print and business services to the worldās most respected brands, including 92% of the Fortune 100.
