Responsibilities Test and implement the newest AI tools in recruitment and sales workflows Support our teams by automating repetitive tasks and integrating AI into daily processes Research new AI applications and propose improvements to how we source, communicate, and manage candidate data Collaborate on experiments and mini-projects, presenting results and next steps Gain first-hand experience in recruitment and business development in a fast-growing tech company Skills Student or recent graduate from an engineering, IT, or related technical field Native interest and hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Notion AI, Zapier, etc) Curious about applying AI to real business challenges Able to work independently, learn quickly, and share your findings with the team Communicative in English (B2 or higher) Experience with low-code/no-code automation Interest in recruitment or sales Basic programming skills (Python or similar) Benefits Solid, competitive salary.
