[Remote] Accounting Consultant with Spectrum ERP

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RGP is a consulting firm that is seeking a hands-on Accountant with strong Spectrum ERP experience to support multiple ongoing system implementations. The role involves day-to-day accounting activities, optimizing workflows, and improving data integrity across various legal entities, primarily in a remote setting with occasional travel to Houston during go-live phases. Responsibilities • Perform hands-on accounting work within Spectrum (AP, AR, GL, job cost, reconciliations, reporting) • Support and participate in multiple ongoing Spectrum implementations • Identify and execute process improvement opportunities within accounting workflows • Work closely with project teams to test configurations, validate data, and ensure smooth go-lives • Assist in standardizing accounting procedures across multiple entities • Provide feedback to system and project leads on process efficiencies and reporting needs • Travel occasionally to Houston during go-live phases (majority of work is remote) Skills • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Spectrum ERP experience in accounting or job cost environments • Strong understanding of end-to-end accounting processes within construction, engineering, or project-based industries • Demonstrated ability to move from detailed transactional work to higher-level process analysis • Experience supporting or participating in ERP implementations or upgrades • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Mid-management level experience (e.g., Accounting Manager, Senior Accountant, Assistant Controller) Benefits • Medical • Dental • Vision • Life insurance • Disability insurance • 401(k) savings plan • Employee Stock Purchase plan • Professional development program • Paid Time Off • Paid Sick Time (in geographies where legally required) Company Overview • RGP (Nasdaq: RGP) is an award-winning global professional services firm with three decades of experience helping the world’s top organizations navigate change and seize opportunity.
