Marketing Specialist, Paid Search

They are seeking a Marketing Specialist focused on paid search to manage PPC campaigns, analyze performance, and translate data insights into marketing strategies. The role requires a highly analytical individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the company's digital marketing efforts.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze performance of PPC marketing campaigns, provide insights & recommendations based on campaigns resultsCreate new campaigns for upcoming live events & new partners to the Fanatics networkEnsure existing campaigns have support for product launches and drops to maximize revenueEnsure campaigns are properly set up for optimal performance, reporting, and tracking across the portfolioCollaborate with Google, Bing, and technology partners on new features and advancements within the spaceContribute to spending decisions and budget recommendations, ensure that campaigns are set up to align with ever-changing business objectivesTranslate data insights into compelling marketing narratives, craft engaging storytelling around sales and business performance data to effectively communicate strategies and results to stakeholdersSkills1-2 years of experience working on paid search, shopping campaigns, or similar keyword/product-based advertising methodologiesExperience with campaign management & optimizationExperience managing automated bid strategies & other automated practices within the digital marketing spaceUp to date on latest PPC industry trends & developmentsStrong business reporting skills for data-driven decision-makingHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)Strong quantitative skills and experience utilizing scientific analytic methodsSQL familiarity is highly preferredExceedingly detail-oriented and responsibleAble to manage multiple tasks concurrently and work under pressureMust be willing to dedicate time outside of normal business hours to launch advertising for major sporting events (i.e., College National Championships, Super Bowl, Stanley Cup, etc.)Comprehensive knowledge of Paid Search (PPC) or Google ShoppingBachelor's degree preferredBenefitsA wide range of health, financial, legal, and development assistanceWellness programs with fitness and weight management partnersPaid maternity paternity leaveInfertility treatmentFlexible time offA competitive 401k planCompany OverviewFanatics is a global sports platform reimagining the fan experience across gear, trading cards, sports betting, content, events, and more.
