Reliability Engineer - EP

As a Reliability Engineer you will provide technical support to improve fixed equipment reliability with a heavy focus on Mechanical Integrity Programs to comply with company and OSHA PSM standards.

Responsibilities
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
Ability to apply engineering fundamentals to develop and implement solutions to plant issues.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and standards, company policies, regulatory guidelines, and other work-related documentation.
Ability to monitor and maintain budgets/costs on projects.
Knowledge of non-destructive testing methods.
Knowledge of tank, vessel, and pipe design and inspection codes.
Ability to abide by confidentiality requirements when working with sensitive information, results, and communications.
Skill in providing thorough, efficient, and effective customer service to individuals at all levels within the organization.
Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal methods within all levels of the organization.
Ability to accomplish work within required timelines, including short, long, and emergency timeframes.
Ability to cross-train in other department duties to ensure efficient coverage department responsibilities.
Ability to work with others to accomplish challenging assignments.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments to ensure completion of tasks within stated time requirements.
Ability to work additional hours as required to fulfill job responsibilities.
Knowledge of project management and non-destructive testing management preferred.
Skills in engineering and CMMS programs (i.e., CAD, SAP, PCMS) preferred.
Knowledge of damage mechanisms affecting fixed equipment within ethanol production, oil refining, or similar processes preferred.
Knowledge of welding processes preferred.
This position is salaried exempt status, which means you are not eligible for overtime pay.
