About the Role As a Social Media Sales Representative at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our client success team, responsible for initiating authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will work closely with our teams to sell coaching programs on behalf of one of our clients, a renowned Business Coach, and engage with their audience on social media. Your primary objective will be to drive sales, grow accounts, and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Start new conversations with potential customers on social media platforms (approximately 2 hours a day) Follow up with leads and respond to customer inquiries (approximately 2 hours a day) Contribute to organic account growth and engagement (approximately 2 hours a day) Reply to active leads, close sales, and meet monthly targets (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes a day) Manage daily communication tasks, including reporting and team collaboration (approximately 30 minutes a day) Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess: Advanced or native-level English skills (C1-C2 level) A strong desire to earn a stable income in USD A fully functional desktop or laptop and a smartphone A stable internet connection Full-time availability (8 hours a day, 5 days a week, and 2 hours on weekends) Residency in any country in Latin America or Brazil No prior experience is required, but you must be 100% confident in your English skills and have a strong passion for sales, learning, and growth.
