Our Compliance Team plays a critical role in empowering our teams to build and launch disruptive products and services while ensuring a seamless user experience that aligns with regulatory frameworks.We are looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy compliance professional who is passionate about emerging technologies and groundbreaking financial solutions. In this role, you’ll be deeply embedded with our product development teams, working side by side to anticipate regulatory challenges, drive compliance strategies, and support the evolution of cutting-edge financial products. What You'll Be Doing: Collaborate with teams to analyze and monitor regulatory demands in the financial market and payments sector.Engage in and track regulatory discussions, including those related to Zetta and the evolving payments landscape.Conduct in-depth regulatory analysis on Open Banking, Sandbox, PIX, Real Digital, and other industry-defining initiatives.Ensure compliance in the development of new products and features, providing a strategic perspective on regulatory and compliance matters.Act as the Compliance team’s key contact, overseeing compliance programs such as Chargeback programs and Fraud Prevention in relation to schemes.Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, ensuring business areas stay updated on compliance program developments.Partner cross-functionally with teams from Product, Technology, Financial, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Projects to drive regulatory initiatives forward. What You Need To Succeed: A degree in a related field and a passion for financial regulation.Experience in Payment Institutions, acquirers, sub-acquirers, or fintechs, with a deep understanding of the ecosystem.Fluency in Portuguese and English, enabling you to navigate international compliance landscapes with ease.Strong technical knowledge, ensuring you can bridge the gap between compliance, technology, and innovation.Familiarity with COSIF norms for Conglomerate Type 3 institutions.Understanding of SCFI, Payment Institution, and Conglomerate regulations, ensuring compliance in a complex and evolving environment.Application of artificial intelligence in compliance workflows, staying ahead of the curve in regulatory tech.Experience with international projects, giving you a global perspective on regulatory frameworks.Knowledge of American regulations, adding strategic insight into cross-border compliance efforts.Exposure to financial institution authorization processes—a plus, but not required.
