Job Summary The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing and responding to all incoming calls and emails, providing support to reseller accounts, consumers, tech, and field sales teams as required. This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and respond to all incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are resolved effectively. Perform manual entry and maintenance of orders and return authorizations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Research requests and inquiries concerning availability of parts, order status, and return status, providing updates and resolutions to customers as needed. Direct questions and concerns to the proper person or department, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely manner. Complete general office duties, including filing, faxing, and copying, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency. Provide support to all reseller accounts, consumers, tech, and field sales teams as required, building strong relationships and ensuring that their needs are met. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with 1 to 3 years of customer service or related experience with direct customer contact via telephone. Call Center experience is preferred, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a computer-based system. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software systems as needed. Proven ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving results. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a strong focus on building relationships and achieving common goals. Strong work ethic with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Knowledge of Infor/Syteline or similar software systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems as needed. Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service and support. Additional education or training in customer service, communications, or a related field, with a focus on continuous learning and professional development.
