Registrar - Remote

Lincoln Tech is looking for a Registrar to join our team and play a key role in supporting student academic records and registrar operations across our Lincoln campuses. You'll work alongside a collaborative, versatile team — partnering with campus staff, functional leaders, and the broader Corporate Education team to keep our students' academic journeys on track. Responsibilities of a Corporate Registrar Maintain accurate, compliant student records across all Lincoln campuses Manage student status changes, course scheduling, registration, and academic records Respond to service requests through our ticketing system and serve as a go-to resource for campus Registrar and Student Services staff Generate reports, support campus training, and help disseminate best practices organization-wide Stay current on regulatory requirements affecting school operations other duties as assigned Requirements of a Corporate Registrar Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in an education setting; 5+ years preferred Prior experience as a Campus Registrar is a strong plus CampusVue proficiency preferred Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently Comfortable reading and interpreting federal, state, and accreditation regulations Travel required Full-Time Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Life and Disability Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off and Holidays Professional work environment Growth Opportunities Professional Development and Training About Us For over 75 years Lincoln Tech has been one of the nation's leading providers of career training in Healthcare, Automotive/Diesel, Skilled Trades, Information Technology.
