Automation Specialist (Zapier / Make) – Facebook Leads → SMS, Email, WhatsApp & GoHighLevel

We are seeking an experienced automation specialist to design and implement a reliable lead-handling workflow for our business. The objective is to ensure that when a new lead is generated via Facebook Lead Ads, the system reacts instantly by notifying our team and engaging the lead across multiple channels. This role is implementation-focused and suited to someone who has hands-on experience building and testing production-ready automations. Scope of Work You will be responsible for setting up and testing the following automations: Capture new leads from Facebook Lead Ads Instantly: Send email notifications to our telesales team Send SMS messages to the new lead Sync lead data into GoHighLevel (GHL) with correct field mapping Trigger an automated WhatsApp message to the lead using an approved WhatsApp API provider Ensure automations are reliable, fast (near real-time), and error-handled Provide basic documentation or a walkthrough upon completionRequired Skills & Experience Proven experience with Zapier and/or Make (Integromat) Strong experience integrating Facebook Lead Ads Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) integrations Experience sending SMS automations (e.g.Twilio or similar) Experience working with WhatsApp API (approved providers only) Ability to structure clean, scalable automations with clear logic Strong communication and attention to detail Nice to Have Experience building multi-step lead qualification workflows Familiarity with CRM hygiene and lead routing best practices Experience working with service-based or sales-driven businesses Apply tot his job
