Talent Acquisition Specialist CrystalCare ABA is looking for an outgoing and highly organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team! This is a remote position where you'll be a key player in driving a smooth, engaging candidate experience—from sourcing talent to scheduling interviews and guiding candidates through the hiring process. You will work closely with other team members and Hiring Directors, playing a vital role in helping us find and onboard amazing talent. Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $18–$20 per hour Work Location: Fully Remote Key Responsibilities • Manage Candidate Correspondence: Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants on the staffing portal, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and updates. • Schedule Interviews: Coordinate and schedule virtual interviews between candidates and internal teams, ensuring efficient and timely communication. • Conduct Virtual Interviews via Microsoft Teams: Lead initial interviews with potential hires using Microsoft Teams to assess their qualifications, fit, and interest in available roles. • Send Offer Documents: Distribute employment agreements and related documentation to selected candidates. • Confirm Candidate Interest: Follow up with candidates to confirm acceptance, interest level, and readiness to proceed. • Maintain Organized Records: Keep detailed records of all candidate interactions, statuses, and outcomes within our staffing system. • Contribute to a Positive Experience: Bring a bubbly, outgoing personality to every interaction—ensuring candidates feel welcomed, valued, and excited to join our team. Qualifications • Prior experience in staffing, sourcing, recruiting, or interview coordination is preferred. • Healthcare recruiting experience is a bonus, but not required. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Confident with remote work tools—especially Microsoft Teams. • Positive, people-focused, and naturally enthusiastic—you enjoy making others feel comfortable and supported.
