Range $50,000 - $60,000 and up based on experience.Monday - FridayOptions for Medical, Dental and Vision insurance for you and your family.A 401K plan with a company match.PTO and Paid Holidays.Opportunities for training and advancement.Relevant educational and licensure reimbursement for qualified candidates.Health Savings Account (HSA).Life Insurance.Employee Assistance Program.Referral Bonuses.What you need:Three to five (3-5) years of industry related work experience.In-depth knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, including design, installation, operation, and maintenance.Familiarity with local and national fire codes and regulations, such as NFPA standards.Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team, allocate resources effectively, and drive results.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and analyze deficiencies and propose effective solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare detailed reports and interact with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Ability to pass various background checks.Reliable transportation, valid State Driver's License with acceptable driving record for use of company vehicle.Desirable (but not required):Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field.Experience in conducting inspections or assessments of fire protection systems.What you will do:Responsible for the overall management of all incoming orders from customers and maintain customer expectations to meet service agreements as the primary point of contact.Supervise and lead a team of Fire Sprinkler Deficiency Specialists, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise.Build trust with Divisions to increase efficiency on orders and scheduling.VSC Fire and Security is a drug free workplace.Equal Opportunity EmployerWe look forward to hearing from you!www.vscfire.comOriginally posted on Himalayas
