Job Summary TO APPLY VISIT: ABOUT OUR SCHOOLS AND POSITION: The California Virtual Academies (a network of 9 public charter schools), iQ Academy, Los Angeles and Insight Schools of California (a network of 3 public charter schools) deliver online/virtual home based instruction to TK-12 students in California. While our schools do offer some scheduling flexibility, students are still required to complete approximately 4-6 hours of coursework daily & log attendance (entered by their parent/learning coach and verified by the teacher). The mission of California Virtual Academy is to provide an exemplary individualized and engaging educational experience for students by incorporating school and community/family partnerships coupled with a rigorous curriculum along with a data-driven and student-centered instructional model. Student success will be measured by valid and reliable assessment data, parent and student satisfaction, and continued institutional growth within the academic community. The Recruiter will serve as a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, responsible for managing and executing full-cycle recruiting processes for all positions across California Virtual Academies (CAVA), Insight Schools, and IQLA. This role requires excellent attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to manage a high volume of applicants and hiring requests using EdJoin and HCM systems exclusively. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive and collaborative approach to recruiting, managing communication with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring experience. Oversees the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting through offer acceptance. Uses EdJoin and HCM (currently ADP) exclusively for applicant tracking, status updates, and compliance documentation. Supports all hiring functions across multiple California-based virtual school brands.
