Amazon Seller Central Specialist – Flat File Bulk Uploads & Inventory Management - Contract to Hire

I’m looking for an experienced Amazon Seller Central expert to help manage and upload products using flat files and handle bulk product listings efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central for dropshipping or FBM accounts, understands Amazon compliance, and can update inventory daily using flat files without errors. Key Responsibilities Create and upload bulk product listings using Amazon flat files Manage large-volume product uploads efficiently Update pricing, inventory levels, and product details daily via flat files Handle variation listings, parent/child relationships Ensure compliance with Amazon category requirements Troubleshoot flat file errors and upload issues Maintain clean, organized, and error-free listings Work within Amazon Seller Central (FBM / dropshipping) Required Experience Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central Strong expertise in Amazon flat files (bulk upload templates) Experience managing dropshipping or FBM accounts Ability to handle high-volume product uploads Knowledge of category-specific flat file requirements Familiar with inventory feed updates & error resolution Detail-oriented and reliable with daily updates Nice to Have Experience with fine jewelry or regulated categories Familiarity with Amazon compliance & account health Experience scaling listings for high-SKU accounts Project Scope Initial bulk upload of products Ongoing inventory & listing updates (daily or near-daily) Potential long-term role if it’s a good fit How to Apply Please include: Your experience managing Amazon Seller Central Specific examples of flat file bulk uploads you’ve handled Number of SKUs you’ve managed at one time Any experience with dropshipping or FBM inventory feeds Apply tot his job
