What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Minimum of 2 years of professional customer service experience
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Ability to work individually with minimal supervision
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office

? Understanding of the healthcare industry with active affiliation to healthcare organizations
? Experience with Salesforce CRM
? Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively in high-pressure situations
