Key Responsibilities Daily Operations Support • Assist with scheduling property repairs, coordinating with vendors, and following up to ensure task completion. • Maintain and update digital records of property activities, including lease agreements, inspection reports, and tenant communications. • Manage inboxes and respond to tenant inquiries with charm, accuracy, and speedy service.Tenant & Owner Relations • Help resolve resident concerns with empathy, humor, and professionalism. • Draft engaging communication pieces for lease renewals, rent reminders, and community updates. • Collaborate with property owners to present insights, reports, and action plans. Creative Contributions • Bring bold ideas to improve operational efficiency—be it through automations, scripts, or scheduling hacks. • Engage in creative planning meetings to help guide the direction of remote property management.• Share visual concepts or copy ideas for marketing materials and tenant retention initiatives.
