What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process and manage online accounts and consumer loans
- Respond to routine and complex customer inquiries regarding consumer products and services
- Provide customers with solutions that meet their financial needs
- Deliver exceptional service and achieve first call resolution while adhering to compliance guidelines
- Assist customers with navigating and troubleshooting various online products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available to work in the Mandan location
- One or more years of customer service experience
- Experience in a call center or customer service setting
- General understanding of standard bank transactions as well as common products and services
- Ability to work flexible hours including a Saturday rotation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is desired but not required
