Responsibilities: Preparation of certification and official documentationOversight of dispatch for required certification and assessment materialsManagement of customer and partner lists, including mailing processesPlanning and support for eventsCompilation and processing of monthly office operation expense reportsProcurement and inventory management for office and canteen suppliesCoordination of logistics related to goods receipt and pick-up applicationsPreparation of customs clearance documentation for international trade and import equipmentArrangement of hotel and airline bookings for employeesSupervision of administrative expenses and business vehicle log maintenanceTracking arrival of new equipment and updating relevant recordsDistribution and administration of official correspondenceDirection of sales-related inquiries to appropriate departments or individualsExecution of security registration procedures for new team membersOrganization of accommodation and transportation for international visitorsApplication and oversight of regulatory compliance documents for strategic materialsCoordination of wreaths and artificial flower arrangements for company events or special occasions
