Position Overview

As a Customer Service Verification Representative, you will play a vital role in our insurance connectivity program. This position involves receiving inbound calls from individuals seeking insurance information and assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to verify caller information accurately and efficiently, then match them with suitable insurance providers based on their specific needs and circumstances.

This is a remote, independent contractor position that offers significant flexibility in scheduling. You'll be providing customer support exclusively through telephone interactions, and the program utilizes comprehensive scripts to ensure consistency and compliance across all customer interactions. The calls are designed to be short and fast-paced, requiring excellent attention to detail and the ability to think quickly on your feet.

Important Note: Due to potential conflicts of interest, we are unable to accept licensed insurance agents for this particular opportunity. We encourage licensed agents to explore other contract positions that may be available through arenaflex.

Sales Skills Application: Effectively "assume the sale" by encouraging customers to take the next step and speak with a licensed insurance agent for detailed coverage discussions.
Objection Handling: Demonstrate strong comfort level and skill in overcoming customer objections, addressing concerns, and guiding hesitant callers toward resolution.
Multi-tasking Efficiency: Navigate multiple online systems simultaneously while engaging with customers, ensuring accurate data entry and seamless transitions.
Documentation Accuracy: Maintain detailed records of all interactions, verifying that information is correctly captured in the system for follow-up and quality assurance purposes.
