Position Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team! The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing essential administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
? Efficiently answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff; take messages and schedule appointments as needed.
? Perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support the office operations.
? Maintain accurate filing and recordkeeping systems.
? Carry out other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
? High school diploma or equivalent, required.
? Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
? Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
? Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software.

Work Environment:
? Full-time position (8-hour shift)
? Schedule: Monday - Friday (9am CST - 6pm CST); (on rotation every 3 weeks); Tuesday - Friday (9am CST - 6pm CST) and Saturday (7am CST - 3pm CST)
