Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week

We are seeking a full-time Receptionist Administrator to be the friendly first voice clients hear when they call. In this role, you will manage all incoming calls to the studio, provide warm and informed service, route communications to the appropriate team members, and assist with administrative tasks to keep our studio running smoothly.
What Winning Looks Like
• Answer all incoming calls promptly, professionally, and with warmth
• Route calls and information accurately to the appropriate team member
• Follow up with voicemails, emails, text messages, and client inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain and update client information in our CRM (ActiveCampaign)
• Assist with calendar management, light admin duties, and organizational tasks
• Create a positive and helpful first impression for all who contact the studio
• Represent our brand with care, professionalism, and genuine warmth
Who You Are
• A clear communicator with a friendly, engaging phone presence
• Experienced in customer service and inbound call handling
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable with computer systems, email, CRM platforms, and scheduling tools
• A team player who takes initiative and seeks solutions
• Passionate about delivering meaningful experiences to others
What You'll Need
• A minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing or administrative support role
• Excellent phone and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with CRM and scheduling software (ActiveCampaign and Acuity a plus)
• A love for working with people, pets, and meaningful stories
