About This Opportunity We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Agent Services department at our corporate office in Duluth, Georgia. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch service to our term life policyholders and agents. Key Responsibilities Address verbal and written inquiries related to term life insurance policies, providing clear and concise responses to client queries. Assist clients with billing, policy coverage, underwriting, and contract changes, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. Identify concerns, ask pertinent questions, and document all research findings thoroughly to ensure accurate issue resolution. Perform corrections as needed and forward them to the appropriate parties for further processing or approval. Recognize priority situations and understand when to notify relevant parties to ensure timely resolution. Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of a high school diploma or GED; previous call center customer service experience is preferred but not required. Previous insurance or financial services experience is a plus, but not necessary - we're committed to training the right candidate. Excellent PC skills, with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with clients, including those who may be irate. A strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain knowledge of blithequark's products and procedures. A standard 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The opportunity to work remotely or in a hybrid schedule after completing training, with specific internet speed requirements.
