Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Rebuild Estimator role requiring proficiency in Xactimate. The Rebuild Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed restoration estimates, reviewing project requirements, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Daily tasks include analyzing job scopes, coordinating with clients and team members, reviewing cost data, and recommending solutions that align with project goals and budgets.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in using Xactimate for creating detailed and accurate estimates
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate job scopes and project requirements
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for interfacing with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Knowledge of restoration and construction industry standards and regulations
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to develop practical solutions under pressure
• Previous experience in restoration or construction estimating is highly desirable
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in construction management or estimating is a plus
