About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Direct Channels Customer Acquisition team. As a key member of our Global Commercial Services (GCS) team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer growth and engagement through email and direct mail channels. This is a high-impact role that offers significant opportunities for exposure to leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Channel Marketers, Product Management, Risk, Analytics, Technology, and Finance. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, evaluate, and optimize email and direct mail communications to drive engagement and incremental revenue Lead channel forecasting and results analysis, and optimize channels and flex plans as needed to meet investment and performance objectives Evolve our marketing strategies in email and direct mail, leveraging new technologies, personalization, and more Develop test and learn curriculum to drive growth through targeted initiatives Collaborate closely with Marketing Strategy, Product Management, and Risk partners to understand portfolio strategies and customer behavior, and identify opportunities to support and grow the program Lead two high-performing direct reports who will lead marketing execution Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Relevant experience within marketing, product, strategy, or a function with transferable skills A data-driven strategic thinker with a growth mindset and track record of developing customer-first marketing strategies that deliver results Exceptional sense of accountability and ownership, with a results-driven approach Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team Superior relationship management skills, with the ability to influence partners both across and upwards Robust analytical skills that translate data into insights A solution-oriented mindset, with a clear and articulate communication style Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight timelines A positive energy and enthusiasm, with a "can-do" attitude Preferred Qualifications While not required, we prefer candidates with: Digital and/or Direct Mail expertise What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to supporting our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that promote holistic well-being.
