We utilize cutting-edge SMS marketing, high-intent data targeting, and streamlined closing systems to consistently secure deep-discount properties.

Our culture is lean, fast-paced, and highly rewarding. We are looking for a sharp, motivated Virtual Assistant to take ownership of our front-end lead generation and SMS inbox triage. The Role: Your Day-to-Day

You will be the engine of our marketing machine. You aren't just doing data entry; you are actively hunting for motivated sellers using our proprietary filtering strategies. Your primary goal is to tee up "warm" leads for our Closing Partners to get on the phone.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: You will be aggressively dialing targeted, high-intent lists (Tired Landlords, Tax Delinquents, Pre-Foreclosures). Your job is to bypass the gatekeepers, uncover the seller's true motivation, and pre-qualify them before passing them up the chain.
• List Management: Pulling, scrubbing, and organizing high-intent data lists using our established criteria.
• SMS Campaign Execution: Loading daily campaigns into our SMS platform, ensuring compliance, and managing daily sending limits.
• Inbox Triage: Monitoring the SMS inbox in real-time. You will be the first point of contact, handling initial responses, filtering out "Stop" messages, and engaging curious sellers using our proven indirect scripts.
• CRM Hygiene: Tagging leads, updating seller records, and ensuring no conversation falls through the cracks.
• The Handoff: Instantly routing "Hot" leads to our Partners for the closing call.

What We Are Looking For
• Experience: Prior experience in Real Estate, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales is a massive plus.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRMs (Xleads experience is a bonus), SMS platforms, and Google Workspace.
• Flawless English: Excellent written communication skills. You must be able to text sellers using conversational, natural-sounding American English.
• Self-Starter: You thrive in a remote environment and don't need to be micromanaged to hit your daily lead targets.
• Thick Skin: You understand that real estate marketing involves getting a lot of "No's" to find the highly profitable "Yes."

Compensation & Perks
• Pay Structure: This is a 100% Commission / Performance-Based role. You will receive a highly competitive flat bonus (or percentage) for every single deal that closes from a lead you managed.
• Uncapped Earning Potential: We have the budget to pull 25,000+ leads a month. Your income is only limited by how well you manage the inbox and tee up the leads.
• Remote Freedom: Work from anywhere in the world.
• Direct Mentorship: Work directly with the founding partners. You will learn the exact systems, scripts, and underwriting strategies used to close high-margin real estate deals.
