Sr. SaaS Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Senior SaaS Marketing Manager to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and leading ClickGuard’s product marketing strategy end-to-end, shaping how our SaaS platform is positioned, launched, adopted, and scaled. You will define the strategic marketing plan, align teams around it, and ensure execution across all product-related marketing initiatives. Working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships, you will translate product innovation into clear customer value and measurable business outcomes. This role plays a critical leadership function at ClickGuard by connecting strategy, execution, and performance across the entire marketing ecosystem. Responsibilities Marketing Strategy, Planning & Leadership • Own and define the end-to-end product marketing strategy, translating company and product goals into clear quarterly and annual plans. • Unite product marketing, lifecycle marketing, campaigns, affiliates, and partnerships under a single cohesive marketing roadmap. • Lead, mentor, and coordinate the marketing team and external collaborators executing the strategy. • Act as the primary owner of product-related marketing priorities, alignment, and outcomes. Go-To-Market, Growth & Lifecycle • Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, feature releases, and roadmap initiatives. • Drive product adoption, activation, engagement, expansion, and retention through strong positioning and messaging. • Own customer lifecycle communication across onboarding, activation, expansion, retention, and re-engagement. • Partner closely with Sales, Growth, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across acquisition and retention motions. Product, Market & Customer Insights • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, customer behavior, and feedback to inform positioning and messaging. • Collaborate closely with Product to translate insights into compelling customer-facing narratives. • Support roadmap communication and maintain feedback loops between customers and internal teams. • Ensure insights directly inform strategy, prioritization, and execution. Campaigns, Affiliates & Partnerships • Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid, organic, email, SEO/SEM, webinars). • Own and grow affiliate marketing initiatives aligned with product positioning and revenue goals. • Support and develop strategic partnerships that expand distribution, visibility, and product adoption. • Manage budgets effectively and ensure cost efficiency across all initiatives. Performance, Analytics & Brand Enablement • Own marketing reporting, analytics, and performance tracking across all product-related initiatives. • Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure impact and ROI. • Use data to continuously optimize strategy and guide decision-making. • Own product positioning, messaging frameworks, and ensure consistency across all marketing communications and enablement assets. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field. • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in B2B/B2C marketing (depending on your target audience). • Strong understanding of PLG and SaaS growth dynamics (including activation, retention, expansion, churn reduction, etc). • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and ROI measurement. • Excellent written and verbal C1+ English communication skills. • Comfortable operating in structured, system-driven environments (experience with ClickUp and HubSpot is a strong plus). • Experience with content marketing, social media marketing, and digital marketing. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Passion for ClickGuard's mission and target audience.
